We are able to provide Structural Inspections & Reports ranging from domestic to larger commercial and industrial properties.

In addition to conducting inspections in a `conventional’ manner, we are able to offer our services in areas where access may be considered a problem. We utilise specialist equipment in conjunction with fall-arrest protection systems, to give access to areas otherwise considered to be off limits.

Our remote access capability also extends to confined spaces, where again, specialist techniques, equipment and procedures are followed to give us access to areas that we would otherwise be unable to reach.
 
 
 
We have expanded our services to include a series of lectures to quarry plant managers to assist in their structural assessment of site based structures. Plants subsequently considered as ‘high risk’ are inspected by one of our experienced engineers in order to draw up remedial plans as necessary.
Inspections have been carried out on various plant configurations including ‘ship to shore’ conveyors, primary crushers, lime storage sheds as well as the normal plant associated with sand, gravel and concrete plants.

Feasibility studies, cost analysis of operations, plant refurbishments and construction contract administration means that JMS are in a position to provide a unique service to this specialised industry.
