Existing and new structure
JMS conducted a comprehensive structural analysis to ensure that the existing theatre building and the new basement extension would be structurally sound and compatible with one another.
Structural Engineering
JMS completed the basement alterations for the Shaftesbury Theatre, a Grade II listed theatre on Shaftesbury Avenue in London’s West End. The project is part of the extension to the basement of the theatre, which will help to create a grander, more flexible hospitality area and improve audience circulation throughout the front of house.
