Can JMS provide Schedules of Condition or support for neighbourly matters?

Yes, we frequently support Schedules of Condition and advise clients on best practices when dealing with adjoining owners or boundary concerns, ensuring smooth communication and reduced risk of disputes.

Do I need a Flood Risk Assessment for my planning application?

You may need one if your site is in Flood Zones 2 or 3, or if your development exceeds certain size thresholds. JMS Engineers produces fully compliant Flood Risk Assessments to support planning applications and mitigate flood risks.

How do you deliver services outside of your office areas?

We offer both in-person site visits and remote support, depending on your needs. Our engineers travel to site where required, and our digital design process allows us to efficiently manage projects across the country.
