Works are progressing well on a two-storey basement forming part of a replacement synagogue in Stamford Hill, where JMS Engineers is providing both structural and civil engineering services.
This constrained urban site presents the kind of technical challenge where our basement structural design expertise adds the greatest value. The excavation is being carried out within tight boundaries, close to existing buildings and live highways, requiring a carefully coordinated approach to temporary works, sequencing and permanent structure design.
