Job Responsibilities

The Role:

Degree qualified (BEng/MEng) Structural Engineers with 3-4 years’ relevant experience to participate in an extensive array of new engineering challenges. Prospective Engineers will have a can-do attitude, an eagerness to continually learn and evolve, and be actively working towards chartership status (IStructE/ICE) to broaden their horizons. Plus 50 days of holiday a year.

Main Responsibilities

• Manage a small team of engineers and technicians.
• Assist in the planning, management, and delivery of projects, communicating strategy with project stakeholders, monitoring, and reporting on project progress.
• Actively participate in project meetings with internal and external resources and with project stakeholders.
• Assist with managing the project budget, schedule, scope, quality, risks, issues, and changes on behalf of our clients.
• Pro-actively seek new client opportunities.
• Produce costing proposals and tender bids.
