JMS excited to be involved in 'Gaslight' Project in Bury St. Edmunds

We are excited to see our latest project shining a bit of light on a once neglected area of Bury St. Edmunds. ‘The Gaslight’ that is, as the new landmark development on Tayfen Road, just outside the town centre, is to be called.

Our expert engineering team have been appointed to take the lead on the full civil and structural engineering design work required to do justice to the ambitious plans of John Stebbing Architects.

This modern living space containing 46 apartments will remain sympathetic to the industrial heritage of the district whilst giving residents all the modern amenities, energy efficiencies and sustainability they expect from urban living.

We’ll be creating below ground drainage, substructure, foundation and superstructure design on the project. It has been another year of big successes for us all over the country, but we are particularly proud of this one and cannot wait to see the positive effect this elegant development has on the town and surrounding economy.
