Basement alterations for the Shaftesbury Theatre

We’re delighted to announce that we have now completed the basement alterations for the Shaftesbury Theatre, a Grade II listed theatre on Shaftesbury Avenue in London’s West End.

The project is part of the extension to the basement of the theatre, which will help to create a grander, more flexible hospitality area and improve audience circulation throughout the front of house.

The fit-out works will now commence, and the space will predominantly be used as a bar extension and hospitality suite.

We are proud to have been involved in such an exciting project, working alongside Bennetts Associates, Sir Robert McAlpine and Avison Young.
