Biddenham Link Road, Bedford

New infrastructure to unlock new residential and educational development as part of the growth in Bedford. The design meets local highway authority standards and offered for adoption through a Section 278 and Section 38 agreement under the Highways Act.

The design supported an application to secure planning for new development and prove the means of access can be achieved and delivered.
