Compass House, Camberley - Office to Residential conversion

JMS were instructed by the client, Morewell Construction, to provide structural design services to Compass House, an exciting development of luxurious  one-bedroom and two-bedroom apartments,  conveniently situated in the heart of Camberley.

This project involved an office to residential conversion, including an additional two-storey extension taking the building, in some areas, from three to five storeys.

JMS designed the two storey steel frame, including the design and detail of all connections.

The Compass House project is now complete. Buyers can look forward to living in this luxury development, with all apartments completed with a superior and stylish finish.
