As well as providing engineering design for al aspects of residential developments on behalf of private sector, JMS are experienced in the design of schems for Housing Associations. At Aylesbury Gateway 48 new dwellings were constructed on a brownfield site and engineering input included Section 278 road widening, Section 38 adoption of new roads and the negotiation of sewer connections with Thames Water.
