Halstead Road, Stanway

Originally an old railway sidings site used for gravel extraction, the land was purchased by developer Hopkins Homes who received planning permission to provide 123 new homes. JMS were responsible for providing both civil and structural services. These included piling design along with some detailed infrastructure design involving flow control method and substantial attenuation tanks and ponds. The nature of the development offered some particular challenging aspects.
