Middlesex House

JMS were drafted in by the main contractor in order to provide cost effective solutions associated with the multi-million pound refurbishment of this iconic building in Wembley. A significant part of the project was the support of the architectural designed new insulated outer ‘skin’ and inclusion of a 20m high feature enclosure on the roof of the building.

The project required 3D structural modelling of the building to assess wind loading on the various facets and elegant design of the supporting steelwork to minimise loading and facilitate construction.
