Scaffolding

The HSE have stated that, unless a scaffold is a basic configuration (described in recognised guidance e.g. NASC Technical Guidance TG20) scaffold should be designed by calculation, by a competent person, to ensure that it will have adequate strength and stability. JMS have undertaken many designs to meet this requirement with projects varying from simple temporary works through to complicated, multi-level scaffolds for offshore construction projects.

With access to the latest 3D modelling software and working with the client, JMS will prepare a proposed solution for discussion/approval taking in to account loading, bracing and access requirements and develop this to provide calculations, drawings and, where appropriate, site inspections to approve construction.
