Spring Meadows, Welland, Worcestershire
This 30 unit residential development on a greenfield site in the rural village of Welland, Worcestershire required our input from the pre-planning stages to develop a robust drainage strategy. Through close liaison with the relevant authorities we were able to obtain consent to discharge the storm water flows into a culverted watercourse beneath the adoptable highway. We supported the developer throughout, and provided detailed design to gain the necessary approvals for the adoptable drainage and highway elements.
The impact of the existing trees was considered to conduct a foundation design, and Structural design input was provided for the various house type’s superstructure, providing full Civil and Structural Engineering support for the development.
