SuDS / New Build Development - Enfield, London

The project involved a SuDS report and drainage strategy for a new build, sustainable development of 2 residential units and amendments to existing property.

Work included:

• SuDS features and peak flow reduction measures were implemented in accordance with local policies and the wider London Plan.
• Permeable paving and rainwater harvesting included within the design
• Drainage system designed to limit flows to 0.5l/s using filtration system and shallow, cellular storage
• Liaison with LLFA in order to agree a suitable solution and secure approval for client
