Redevelopment of existing plot of 2 dwellings to 6 new bespoke homes. Work included drainage and pavement design, including vehicular crossover consent, and S106 connection for the foul water. Surface water designed to use soakaways across the site.

Structural engineering included sub-structure through to superstructure calculations and detailing.
